Program Verification is a fact check of a program partner's identity, business, and program details. Verification status is indicated on the NCX website and platform on a per program basis.
NCX uses verification as a tool to communicate to landowners and their representatives which program partners have submitted basic identity, business, and program details to NCX and which are not willing or able to do so. NCX strives to show landowners all of the potential opportunities for their land while fully disclosing whether or not we can verify the program's factual legitimacy.
NCX also offers free access to our partner app for verified program partners to follow up with any landowners who express interest in their program through NCX. To achieve access, program partners must meet the Program Verification Requirements below and sign the NCX Marketplace Terms and Conditions for Partner Access.
NCX does NOT charge any fees to partners for verification.
Verification is NOT an NCX endorsement or indication of program or offer quality.
How do I know which programs are verified?
Verified. The green shield with check mark indicates that NCX has verified the identity of the person representing the partner as an employee of the entity, the partner's legal standing as a business entity in the United States, and that the partner has attested to the accuracy of their program's details as represented on NCX's website and platform.
NOTE: For government programs, we use official government websites to confirm that the program is active for the current year to achieve verification. If we cannot determine this, the program will be unverified until we get confirmation from the government office.
Unverified. The grey shield with the question mark indicates that NCX has not verified the partner or their program details.

Verification Disputes
Landowners or others may submit verification compliance dispute requests if verified information is not represented accurately throughout the NCX website and platform experience. If a program's details have changed, a verification dispute may be submitted. This may occur in a variety of situations, including but not limited to:
- Business or program discontinuation
- Undisclosed program changes discovered through written conversation or published media
- Contract offer differences that are not accurately represented in the NCX program listing
To submit a verification dispute, email landowners@ncx.com. Please include the following information to expedite your dispute:
- Email Subject: Verification Dispute
- Email Body: Program name and link to the program page. Include disputed details about the program in question and why it is believed to be non compliant with verification.
- Attach any evidence, such as news article, contract offer, etc.
NCX will investigate and determine whether re-verification must occur or if further action must be taken.
